Every request neatly organised, with a draft reply ready.
We set up a simple request and follow-up assistant in your own Google account. Messages from your web form are sorted, missing details are flagged, and you get a draft reply and a task list. You read the draft, adjust it and send it yourself.
Sound familiar?
Requests in between jobs
Do requests arrive while you are on a job, so you still have to sort them out in the evening?
Asking the same questions again
Is something often missing, like the address, the size of the job or a phone number, so you have to ask first?
Follow-up from memory
Does following up depend on what you remember, or on notes and loose e-mails?
What the assistant does
- Puts every message from your web form into one overview in Google Sheets.
- Recognises the type of message: quote request, fault report, appointment request, general question or unclear.
- Picks out details such as name, phone, address, subject and the timing the customer mentions.
- Shows which details are still missing.
- Writes a draft reply with the questions you would otherwise ask yourself.
- Creates a task with an internal deadline. Fault reports that mention a burning smell, smoke or sparks get priority.
- Keeps an error log, so you can see when something did not go right.
What the assistant does not do
- It never e-mails your customers by itself. You read and send every reply yourself.
- It never mentions prices, dates, availability or technical promises. A built-in check (the "guardrail") blocks them.
- It makes no decisions for you.
- It has no access to your mailbox, calendar or other files. Only to that one overview.
- Version 1 uses no AI and sends no data to other parties.
In your own account
Form, overview and assistant live in your Google account. You remain the owner. We never ask for your password.
Fixed, verifiable rules
Version 1 works with fixed rules instead of AI. It is predictable, and your data stays in your own environment.
Always a fallback
If the assistant ever stops working, all messages are still in your form. You get a short guide to carry on by hand.
Why "AI Solutions" if version 1 uses no AI? We only use AI where it really adds something, and only after you choose it in writing. That requires a paid European provider and a data processing agreement. Until then, everything runs on rules.
Who is it for?
Small installation companies, such as electrical and building services, and similar trade businesses in the Netherlands that receive requests through their website. You have a Google account for your business, or are willing to use one.
