Starter: one workflow

- The request and follow-up assistant for one web form: overview, task list, draft replies and error log
- Set up in your Google account, together with you (you click "install" yourself; we guide you)
- Company name and standard texts adapted to your business
- Testing with made-up data
- Walkthrough of up to 1 hour
- Documentation: installation guide, manual fallback and maintenance checklist
- One correction round within 14 days after delivery
- No AI module
- No connection to your mailbox, calendar or accounting
- No changes to your website (you do get the form link or embed code)

Extended
from €349 one-off, excl. VAT
Everything in Starter, plus custom work defined in the quote in advance. For example extra message types or keywords for your trade, your own draft texts per message type, or a second form.
The exact scope and price are in the quote. We only start after your approval.

Maintenance
€49 per month, excl. VAT
- Monthly check: is the assistant still working as intended?
- Review of the error log, with a short report by e-mail
- Up to 30 minutes of small changes per month, such as adding a keyword or adjusting a text. Unused minutes expire
- Help with faults by e-mail, on working days
- Cancellable monthly
- No 24/7 support and no unlimited support
- Larger changes only after a separate quote
What always applies
- You remain the owner of your Google account, form, overview and script.
- We never ask for passwords. If we get temporary access, we remove it at delivery, unless you take maintenance.
- Work outside the agreed scope is only done after you approve a price estimate in advance.
- Third-party costs are listed in the quote in advance. Version 1 needs no paid third-party services; a free Google account is technically enough. If you choose Google Workspace, you pay that subscription directly to Google.
- If maintenance means we work with your customers' data, we first sign a data processing agreement.
- The introductory price may change later. The price in your quote stays valid.
