Privacy statement

1. Who are we?

Klik&Shop AI Solutions is a trade name of Klik&Shop (sole proprietorship). Klik&Shop is the controller for the processing of personal data described in this privacy statement.

2. This website

This website has no contact form, sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. No fonts or scripts are loaded from other parties. Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.

3. When you e-mail us

If you e-mail us, we process your name, e-mail address, the content of your message and any details you choose to include (such as company name or phone number).

• Purpose: answering your question, scheduling and carrying out the free initial analysis, and sending you a quote if you ask for one.
• Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For general questions: our legitimate interest in answering your question (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Please do not send us your customers' data or any passwords. We do not need them.

4. If you become a client

For the assignment we process your contact and billing details (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep what the law requires (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

The assistant runs in your own Google account. You are then the controller of your customers' data. If we get access to it, for example during setup or maintenance, we only act on your instructions and on the basis of a data processing agreement.

5. How long do we keep your data?

Correspondence that does not lead to an assignment is kept for no more than 12 months after the last contact. If you become a client, we keep the data needed for the assignment while it runs, and after that for as long as the law requires, such as the 7-year tax retention obligation.

6. Sharing with third parties

We use Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) as a processor to host this website. For e-mail we use our e-mail provider. Processors only process data on our instructions. For transfers outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards apply, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

7. Cookies

This website sets no cookies.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Send your request to info@klikshop.tech. We respond within one month.

9. Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access and never asking for passwords.

10. Complaints

Not satisfied with how we handle your data? Please contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

11. Changes

We may update this privacy statement. The latest version is always on this page.
